Less Input, More Insight grew out of a simple realization: too much consumption can crowd out clear thinking. Between technology, headlines, notifications, and endless content, it becomes easy to stay mentally busy without becoming mentally clear. My ride with Warrior Expeditions is a way of stepping back from that pattern. I want to create more room for reflection, creativity, problem solving, and healing. The background of this idea is not anti-technology. It is pro-attention, pro-clarity, and pro-intentional living.
